1. Shipping and Handling

Please note, body butter is only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid melting. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 hours of payment. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. Please note, we do not ship on the holidays.

2. Shipping During Summer Months

Please note, we do not ship during summer months, unless customer pays for next day shipping. As we do not add preservatives to our product, we do not want the body butter to melt.

3. Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking number. All packages are shipped via USPS Standard First Class.

4. Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns. All sales are final. No refunds no exceptions. No cancellations.

5. Mistakes During Checkout

If you make a mistake when placing your order please email jermitahargraves@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can make corrections before shipping your package.
